From 22 until 27 April 2009 the prestigious location of the Theater of Design has been the seat of an event of great importance during the Milanese Design Week : NEROCARBONIO, an exclusive review of objects realized in black carbon following ALBERTO DEL BIONDI’S design philosophy.

Unique pieces have been displayed; these were designed for high-level design companies in the Italian panorama. Some cult objects in carbon have been revisited too.

The exposition expresses a new approach in the use of this material which is no longer tied only to its technical and performing aspect but it acquires also an aesthetic value. In other words, it deviates to the products of everyday use such as furniture and objects for personal use of an absolutely innovative design, where the pureness of the forms is blended with the essentiality of the natural carbon tones. Carbon becomes in fact a lifestyle.
